When a merchant uses Mergivo to operate a store, Mergivo may process customer data on behalf of that merchant to support checkout, order handling, fulfillment, analytics, customer communication, and fraud prevention. Merchants are responsible for providing their own customer-facing notices where required.

7. Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, and protect the platform. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices
