Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use Mergivo, create stores, run ads, accept payments, and use our ecommerce tools.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Mergivo, including our website, dashboard, AI store builder, product sourcing tools, checkout features, advertising tools, domains, support, and related services. By creating an account, using the platform, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

If you use Mergivo for a business or store, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

2. Accounts and Store Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, store content, products, prices, policies, customer communications, and legal compliance in the countries where you sell. You must not use Mergivo for unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.

Mergivo may suspend or limit access if we believe an account, store, campaign, product, or activity creates legal, payment, security, abuse, or reputational risk.

3. AI, Store Builder, and Generated Content

Mergivo may provide AI-generated text, layouts, images, product selections, ads, recommendations, and other outputs. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

We may update, improve, remove, or change builder features, templates, designs, automations, and AI behavior over time.

4. Products, Orders, Fulfillment, and Customer Issues

Store owners are responsible for the products they choose to sell, product claims, customer-facing policies, support, refunds to their customers, chargebacks, and compliance with consumer protection rules. Where Mergivo assists with sourcing, fulfillment, automations, or supplier coordination, those services depend on third-party availability and external logistics.

Shipping times, stock, costs, supplier availability, payment provider decisions, and carrier delays may change and are not fully controlled by Mergivo.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Plan prices, billing cycles, included features, usage limits, transaction fees, and add-ons are shown during checkout or inside the dashboard. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected fees, taxes, renewals, usage-based amounts, or agreed add-ons.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments, setup fees, domain fees, usage fees, and activated add-ons are non-refundable once access, provisioning, or work has started.

6. Advertising Costs Are Non-Refundable

Advertising budgets, ad campaign fees, ad credits, and campaign-related costs cannot be refunded once they are submitted, allocated, launched, spent, or committed. These amounts are used for ad delivery, campaign operations, platform costs, sale-related obligations, and payments or costs connected to shop owners and commerce activity generated by campaigns.

Mergivo does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, orders, revenue, profit, conversion rate, or return on ad spend. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including audience behavior, platform review, product-market fit, creative quality, budget, competition, pricing, checkout trust, and external ad networks.

7. Domains and Third-Party Services

Domains, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, ads, hosting, supplier services, fulfillment, and other integrations may depend on third-party providers. Their own terms, availability, review decisions, fees, and policies may apply. We are not responsible for outages, rejections, delays, or policy decisions made by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

Mergivo, our software, dashboard, design systems, templates, documentation, workflows, and brand assets are owned by Mergivo or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform except as allowed by your plan and applicable law.

You keep responsibility for content, logos, images, product data, and materials you upload or publish, and you confirm that you have the rights needed to use them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mergivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Mergivo for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mergivo after updates means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact [email protected].
